The Broker/owner of ALL STAR Vacation Home Realty and President and co-owner of ALL STAR Vacation Homes, has been a REALTOR® in Central Florida since 1984 with a focus on Osceola County. She holds a Broker’s license from the State of Florida, and has owned her own real estate company since January 1997. In 1998, as she saw the growth of the vacation home industry, her desire to create an effective property management company for the investors who purchased vacation homes led her to open ALL STAR Vacation Homes. Helping vacation home buyers fully understand the investment before they purchase is her top priority.
Sue oversees the many aspects of ALL STAR Vacation Homes’ day to day operations with a primary focus on the financial aspects of the company. Her belief is that “success happens when the product meets the customer”, and she keeps a watchful eye on the presentation of ALL STAR Vacation Homes to the guests.
Sue serves as the president of the Board of Directors of both ALL STAR Vacation Home Management Inc. and ALL STAR Vacation Home Realty.
As a REALTOR®, she is a member of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. In 2007, Sue earned her certification as a Resort and Second Home Properties specialist and was recognized by the National Association of REALTORS as a charter member for this designation. In 1995, Sue served as the Chair of the Osceola Association’s education committee and developed and implemented a highly effective Educational Series that won an award from the Florida Association of REALTORS for small associations educational programs. At the request of the Florida Association, she presented her program before the State’s Education Committee. She was also recognized that year by the local association’s President as the Rising Star of the Year.
Sue and her husband Phil have been married for over 39 years and have four grown children and eleven grandchildren. They have lived in Florida for over 25 years and reside in Winter Garden.
