Sue Trover, REALTOR/Broker
Sue Trover serves as the President and co-owner of ALL STAR Vacation Homes and the Broker and owner of ALL STAR Vacation Home Realty. Additionally, she serves as President of the Board of Directors for both companies. Trover has been a REALTOR® in the Central Florida area for over 20 year with a focus on Osceola County. She holds a Broker’s license from the state of Florida and is an active member of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
Trover has owned her own real estate company since 1997 and has sold over $22 million worth of vacation homes in the last two years alone. In 1998, as she saw the growth of the vacation home industry, her desire to create an effective property management company to meet the needs of her vacation home buyers, led her to open ALL STAR Vacation Homes along side her son Steve. Trover wanted to help the buyers fully understand vacation home ownership before they bought a property.
Trover oversees the many aspects of ALL STAR Vacation Homes’ daily operations with a primary focus on the financial aspects of the company. Her belief is that, “success happens when the product meets the customer,” and she is instrumental in the presentation of ALL STAR Vacation Homes to all guests.
In 1995, Trover served as the chairman of the Osceola County Associations’ education committee and developed/implemented a highly effective education series that won an award from the Florida Association of Realtors for small associations educational programs and was honored as the Rising Star of the Year.
Over the past two years Trover has played an active roll in the development of a small vacation home community, Acadia Estates located in Kissimmee, FL. She was vital to the development by advising on the vacation home industry to the product builder and then overseeing the sales and marketing of the project which sold out within six months.
Sue and her husband Phil have been married for over 37 years and have four grown children and eight grandchildren. They reside in Orlando, Florida.
