When you do decide that you are ready to acquire your vacation home, ALL STAR will then help you find and evaluate each prospective property. We will then come to an agreement on what ALL STAR Vacation Homes will compensate YOU for each night that the property that you choose is rented to a vacationer and their family. This sum is based on numerous variables:
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Size of your private swimming pool and spa
- Quality of décor
- Game rooms & home theatres
- Number of master suites
- As well as the number of television and DVD players
- Location of the property
Obviously the more your vacation home has to offer the more money we can make for you in return! From those monies, the management company will pay the monthly expenses incurred and forward any remaining monies into your bank account. Our marketing team dynamically markets each house individually by allowing the renter a CHOICE on where they’d prefer to stay.
